Maintenance on Leased Buildings Summary: Learn when and how to obtain maintenance for buildings leased by UCSC. When a UCSC department/unit occupies a leased building, Real Estate Services (RES) provides a document that explains the obligations of the lessee and the lessor. This document explains what maintenace is covered by the landlord, and what maintenance is the responsibility of the tenant.
