UCSC List of Pre-approved Movers
Summary: Departments must hire pre-approved movers to provide campus moving for UCSC staff and faculty. This page provides instructions and a list of movers.
Determine whether Campus Moving Services can accommodate your move. See How to Use Campus Moving Services. If Campus Moving Services (9-2852) is unable to accommodate your department’s moving requirements, please plan your move using one of the following moving companies. These movers have met minimum requirements applied to movers doing business with UCSC.
Obtain at least two quotes for small moves. At the time you request your quote, provide the moving company with a copy of UCSC's Mover Requirements. Please contact your Buying Team in Purchasing for any moves estimated at more than $10,000.
If a supplier has a strikethrough over their listing, contact Purchasing to confirm that their Insurance Certificate has been updated before contacting the supplier.
