CruzBid Registration

Summary: This page describes CruzBid and provides a link to the CruzBid Registration page.

To meet the growing strategic sourcing demands of our campus, the University of California, Santa Cruz Purchasing Department has implemented CruzBid. 

Using CruzBid, a web-based tool, suppliers are able to:

• view Requests-For-Proposal (RFP) and Requests-For-Quote (RFQ)
• enter responses to RFPs/RFQs
• review award decisions

As a supplier, you will be able to enter pricing for requested products, answer questions on product characteristics, and add supporting documents.

Registration

To participate in CruzBid, you must register. After registration, you will be able to respond to proposals or be considered for future purchasing opportunities with UC Santa Cruz. To register, please use the Supplier Registration link below.

Small and Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to register here as well.

Please note that registering for CruzBid only offers suppliers the opportunity to participate in the bidding process. Registration does not guarantee that suppliers will receive all bidding opportunities nor does it in any way promise contract awards. All RFPs will be issued through CruzBid effective May 12, 2006.
